Waitangi No.3 Trust (otherwise known as Waitangi 3, Soda Springs, Waitangi No.3) is a Māori Ahu Whenua Land Trust.  There are 2239 registered shareholders as of September 2020.  

The trust is governed by 4 responsible trustees (William Emery, Davey Gardiner, Joyce Makere Gardiner and Kaiawhiti Tahana).  The trustees oversee the management of the Soda Springs.
